How can I get a refund or make an exchange?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10 business days for delivery. We only ship from Monday to Friday.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check. PayPal is presently supported on believe.vodka

I do not live in Europe Can I place an order?

believe.vodka accepts orders from European Countries only at the moment.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?

We are only offering selected items on our web store. Please add your e-mail to the mailing list to receive product release updates.

Do you sell wholesale?

What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?

All packaging is just a protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.
